He has received various accolades including, Trust Street Top Gun and FGCAR Pinnacle Award to name a few.

Tommy has earned the trust and respect within the industry by negotiating numerous transactions in excess of $750 mm and providing proven results to his many clients. Notable clients include: Yum Brands, Kohl’s, Staples, Publix, PNC Bank, Carsmetics, Rent-A-Center, College Hunks Hauling Junk, ABC Imaging, and numerous QSR concepts.

Nick Ganey, CCIM

Nick serves as Managing Director and Co-Founder for Boutique National. Throughout his career, he has been involved with hundreds of transactions spanning all facets of commercial real estate. Working with institutional clients, large investment firms, publicly traded REITs, in addition to assisting private investors. Nick has extensive experience with multi-family, retail, office, industrial, self-storage, hospitality, and land development. 

Nick has earned the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, which is recognized as an expert in the commercial and investment real estate industry. Nick has received many awards including: Top Producer, numerous Sales Achievement Awards and has proven himself as a leader and mentor to the Bounat team. His ability to learn his clients culture and to provide creative solutions has provided continued growth for clients and Bounat.

Estevan focuses to assist clients with achieving financial growth and portfolio diversification. In his first year alone he was able to exclusively represent many companies with expansion efforts and manage purchase transactions totaling over $10mm.  He plays an active role with underwriting assets for the company and his clients.

Estevan studied Economics at the University of South Florida which provided a strong basis to cover all aspects of commercial real estate. With his knowledge of the industry growing daily, his future is bright in commercial real estate and is a valued team leader. He is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
